Reconditioning Process
Each Skyjack machine before disassembly will be carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. Prior to being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary tools required to complete a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack machine put back together based on OEM standards and some components are replaced with new ones. The parts which get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. In addition, each unit receives new batteries, tires and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers offers an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity.
